The following terms and conditions ("Terms") cover your use and access to ITFlow's websites, support and web-hosting services (the "Services"). You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms by: placing an order, registering for an account, or by accessing or using any part of the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you MUST NOT use the Services. Violating the Terms may cause your access to the Services to be restricted or revoked.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account(s) registered with the Services, and for all content and activity that occurs under your account.
2. You must not use the Services for any illegal purpose, or to violate any laws in either the United States or your jurisdiction.
3. You must not misuse or cause any form of harm or impairment to the Services, or help or enable anyone else to do this.
4. The Services may, as all web-based services do, suffer disruptions and outages. No liability is accepted for any loss suffered as a result, but we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial credit in relation to paid Services.
5. Support and Hosting services are paid Services. You agree to pay any charges associated with the Services, and may be asked to provide an authorized payment method (via Stripe or otherwise) at the time of registration. You agree to authorizing recurring payments. We may revoke or terminate your access to the Services, and delete any associated data if full payment is not received on time.
6. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
7. Either party may terminate access to paid elements of the Services by providing 30 days' notice in writing via the ticketing system.
8. We may suspend, revoke or terminate your access to the Services at any time, where reasonably necessary, including for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Services.
9. Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and all associated data held within the Services will be deleted within 30 days. You are responsible for exporting any data prior to termination.
10. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis, "with all faults". No warranties are implied. The Services may contain bugs. Use of the Services is at your own risk. We shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages relating to the Services. In any event, our liability will be limited exclusively to the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 3 months, or to the repair or replacement of the Services, whichever is lower.
11. Use of the ITFlow application remains subject to the GNU GPL license agreement. Use of Sponsor Support is subject to the support terms.
12. These Terms form the entire agreement between us for your use of the Services. They may be updated from time to time.

These terms cover hosting and support, as well as general terms of service for the forum, documentation, and related areas.
